3C's Café

Inside the Pennine Way - home of the Coffee bar

This photograph shows the Coffee Bar prior to Covid-19 restrictions.

Come and join us for light snacks, and hot meals and drinks. You are sure of a warm welcome. Please note we offer Table Service only.

Contactless card payments are accepted.

The Café is open:-

Opening Times

.          Monday - Friday  8:30 - 13:30

.          Saturday / Sunday       closed

Hot and Cold food and drinks are available for your enjoyment.

High chairs are available for young visitors and you're ensured of a warm and friendly welcome.

Whilst restrictions were lifted nationally from July 19th, we are taking things more slowly at Cotteridge. We request that face coverings are worn (unless exempt) on entering and moving around the building, they may be removed once you are seated. Table Service will remain, and to help us keep you safe, you are requested to only order food and drink once you are seated. Staff will come to you to take your order and payment.

Should our seating capacity be reached, visitors will be politely informed and asked to come back at a later time.

Toilet facilities are available, and we ask that you wear a face covering (unless exempt) when moving around the building and 'Give Way' to others in narrow corridors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We look forward to welcoming you once again.

We are seeking volunteers for the busy Café.

The role involves preparing drinks and simple food, serving and chatting with customers, and setting and clearing up. Shifts are usually three hours, one or more times per week, but even occasional help would be considered. Volunteers are always part of a team.

No previous experience necessary. References are required and all volunteers are required to undertake Church of England Safeguarding and Hygiene Training to comply with Church Policies.

Please apply by email to volunteer.applications@thecotteridgechurch.org.uk

or in writing (giving your contact details) and placing your envelope marked 'volunteer applications' in the 'v' pigeon hole which is located near to the chapel door.

Should you have time to spare and working in the Café does not appeal to you, please see our volunteering opportunities page for information on other ways you could volunteer your services and use your skills.

Why 3C's? - because it is the Cotteridge Church Café!
